E-mail Setup - Microsoft Outlook Express 4.x
  1. Open Outlook Express.
  1. From the Tools menu, select Accounts.
  1. Click on the Add button and select Mail.
  1. In the Display name text box, type your name.
  2. Click Next.
  1. In the E-mail address text box, type your e-mail address.
    For example:  emailname@wnbnet.com
  2. Click Next.
  1. From the My incoming mail server is drop-down menu, select POP3.
  2. In the Incoming mail (POP or IMAP) server text box, type mail.wnbnet.com
  3. In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server text box, type mail.wnbnet.com
  4. Click Next.
  1. Check the circle next to Log on using:.
Warning! Do not select Log on using Secure Password Authentication.
  1. In the POP account name text box, type your EMAILNAME.
    Note: your emailname must all be lower case.
  2. In the Password text box, type your password.
    Note: your password is case-sensitive.
  3. Click Next.
  1. In the Internet mail account name text box, type WNBNET Mail.
    Note: You can name this anything you want.
  2. Click Next.
  1. Check the circle next to Connect using my phone line.
  2. Click Next.
  1. Click on the Finish button to save your settings.
